   What is a project?


   A network of inter-related activities that are planned and then executed in a certain   
   sequence sequence to create a unique product or service within a specific time 
   frame.

     technique for proejct activities to meet to meet project requirement.
2.  Formalized and structure method of managing changed.
3.  It focused on achieving specifically defined outputs that are to be achieved
     by a certain time, to a defined and with a given level of resources.
